She earned a master- equivalent degree in Early Childhood  education and Diploma in Judaic studies from Beth Rivka Teacher’s College -with a  focus on early childhood until grade 3. She worked as Preschool director in Gan Chabad in PA and then CELC in Riverdale, NY. In 2017, Tsipy opened up Gan Henel in Englewood.

After closing temporarily during COVID, Tsipy opened up an additional three preschool locations in Teaneck. After years of working with children and seeing the need for additional supports for many,  and our limitations, despite best efforts,, Tsipy became obsessed with doing more to reach every child.

In Tsipy’s words:

I’m excited and honored to be working alongside my skilled, dedicated and amazing team to provide ABA and behavioral supports to kiddos who need. Both as a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, and as an educator for many years, I’ve been frustrated at the lack of support available to our children. The preschools and dayschools give their all and then some, but often it’s just beyond their scope and, as a result, both the classroom and child suffers. At Shalva ABA we aim to solve this and  provide 1:1 services to child at the school, preschool, camp, home, community or in our ABA Classroom under supervision of an experienced BCBA. We also provide parent training and staff inclusion training to teach mainstream staff how to integrate some parts of ABA into their classrooms”
